a girl with a palindrome name opened up the door to her car to give me a ride home and in the background "alone" was playing. it was a cold day in the winter of 2013, we were in the parking lot of an old skate shop, she was reading a news paper and looked up at me and said "I have the biggest crush on you" as the beat dropped. I don't know where she is or what she is up to today, but I will never forget that moment.
