I really hope Loomis is talking with the other guys for putting the band back together.
If they (re)unite, a competent singer will follow sooner or later.

idk voivod Warrel was such a huge integral part of this band that I kind of hope they just let it rest. even if they pick the best vocalist alive it still won’t feel right.

lol this band was the reason I bought a 7 string guitar. the solo on River dragon was about the limit of what I was able to play lol.

@Hyperion1001
Fair enough, let them unite and use a different name, but unite they must, the void in this sound is humongous.

Don't skip out on the s/t either, I'd rank it #3 overall. (Neon Black is 1, Godless 2)

Gonna go in Hype's order then go for s/t and then Obsidian after that. Crazy I heard this album like when it was released, loved it immediately but then on jammed Dreaming Neon Black after it (and also loved it). Should've jammed the rest of their stuff years ago lol.

Yeah this and Neon Black were an excellent one-two punch for younger me seeking to explore more of the trve moving away from Maiden and Megadeth

I personally would love to see Loomis put together a Pantera-esque reunion tour playing all the Nevermore classics and honoring Warrel.
