@Merkaba33: Use the [quote] tags.

(But you remove the _ in each tag.)
This album is still a classic.

One of the best albums ever written in the history of MUSIC. Absolute masterpiece with one track better than the other....
My favourite? Take the power back...

Been really digging this lately but the only part I don't like is how mediocre it makes the other RATM albums sound.
Nah man, Evil Empire can definitely hold its own. That's also an amazing album, and a borderline classic from me.
My band covered Freedom at a show last week and it went really well. I'll post the vid once it's edited and whatnot.This Message Edited On 11.28.07

I agree on the evil empire thing. That's an outstanding record as well. But having killing in the name of, bombtrack, and wake up on the same album, that's pretty much ridiculous. this album is great.

After listening to (and loving) Evil Empire forever, and reading about this album here, I put it on my Christmas list and was glad to see it when the wrapping paper came off. I'll wait a bit to let it sink in before I rate it but I am not at all disappointed. Incredible album for sure. "Know Your Enemy" and "Bombtrack" are the highlights for me so far.

RATM rocks! One night I was playing Killing in the Name on Guitar Hero at a party and my drunk RATM friend started going crazy rapping to it. It was awesome lol.
And that's hilarious about them removing the "Fuck you! I won't do what you tell me" line!

One of, If not the best album of the 90's. This was an important band imo. Morello's riffs and de la Rocha's vocals just went so well together, it was a unique and original sound, they really had the world at their feet. I don't think I could tell you one bad song they've done. An amazing band. Classic album. I can't speak any higher of them. I regret not seeing them now, when they were touring here for the Big Day Out this year, would have loved to experienced them live.This Message Edited On 05.03.08This Message Edited On 05.03.08

Hells yes, it was intense, i think EVERYONE was there for that, and there's just something so satisfying about shouting 'F'uck You!' along with 60,000 other people.

Why the **** is RATM in the hip-hop genre here. It does not deserve to be surrounded with this rap s**t.
Tom Morello is a genius.
