Album rules. I think I've grown to like Kisou more though.

Kisou has some great stuff on it, but last 3 albums really are their best works imo.

Yeah Uroboros is def where they found their stride

Gah, Different Sense is always sooo good.

From what I've heard I kinda prefer their latter melodic approach to the earlier material. Actually I think they're at their best with the more somber and melancholic ballad-type stuff. With a voice like that it'd be stupid not to explore that side.

Agreed Evo, I just love the solo.
They certainly are with the last two.

For some reason I dug Arche a surprisingly amount more than I'd expect. They really fine-tuned their sound on that one. It prob has my fav song of theirs, which is not Rinkaku.

What was it?

Kūkoku no Kyōon. That chorus just hits... and those verses... I mean everything really falls into place for me on that one. And the huge production doesn't hurt either.

Yeah, good track! Production is the albums only flaw imo. Just doesn't suit the overall sound.

This or Arche? I assume the latter. In that case, I will argue that Kūkoku no Kyōon is the exception. A song like this needs that kind of production.

Production for this is perfect haha. Yeah, fair point, man.

So Diabolos is now probably my fav song by this band, jesus it rules.

It rules [2] and it was one of my first DEG tracks, but 'Different Sense' takes the spot for top choice.

Different Sense is definately top 3 on here, with other contenders being The Blooming Beelzebub and the track with the really long fucking name.

Blossoming Beelzebub is Kyo at his crooning best.

Definately, each song shows the best of an certain element the band has. Beelzebub with Kyo's ambient side to his vocals plus their darker sides, Different Sense with the solo and how tightly written it is, Diabolos with atmospherics and long epics and Hageshisa with that monster hook and relentless drumming.

Decayed Crow is a sweet death metal track.
Do most people agree that this has deathcore influence? Because I've never really thought that.
