So I just looked up the setlist of Bowie's first Melbourne show (Since that's where I'm from) and WOW!

Imagine the concert opening with Bowie on stage singing “Helibo seyoman / Cheli venco raero” from “Warszawa”, and then blasting into “Heroes.” What could beat that? Meanwhile, Boston (where I am from) got the 21 song Melbourne set list, plus two more songs, “TVC15” and “Speed of Life.”

would be one of my dream gigs. the final show of the Ziggy era too.

the 70s were insane for this guy. even beyond his own albums - he wrote All The Young Dudes. pretty sure he produced that album too. produced Transformer. produced/mixed Raw Power. produced Iggy again later in the decade I think. crazy.

I've been listening to this album over the past few days, and while I certainly think it's a great album, and there's more to explore. I'm a little surprised at all the 5 stars being dished out..
