Album is solid. Simplistic, but really enjoyable. People just can't admit it because its a guilty pleasure.

Decent album. Most of it is pretty mediocre, with the exceptions of "Massacre" and "Issues".

Ugh at least This War is Ours had like, a few catchy tracks.
There is nothing redeeming about this album.

The extra '.5' is due to the little technicality they have.

I don't think this is their best album, even though its a better produced album than "This War Is Ours" and more concise as a whole package. Production alone does not constitute improvement. They are definitely not redefining rock. Listening to each song you realize that they aren't offering much but listening to the whole album through is more appeasing. I thought that song for song "This War is Ours" had more to offer, whether it be in instrumentation or lyrics, despite the album, as a whole, lacking in organization and production. In conclusion, "Escape The Fate" is better produced then their other albums but it lacks in originality and no one song really stands out. Additionally, the chemistry of this band is not all there because the lead guitarist, Monte Money, is so much better than the rest that during solos he completely steals the show (the only highlight on this album).
