The first half of this album is very mediocre... sub-par in some areas. I can't see myself coming back to listen to any of those songs a month from now.

The second half is great, however.

One thing disturbs me - if Strid is using screams as his main weapon, it dosen't make him inperfect in any way, it's just the American influence that he has grown so fond of.

Favorite part about this was the improvement in production quality from the last one.

STAGD was one of the worst sounding albums I have ever heard, it's a shame that there were some well written songs on it.

Classic drumming...It's way better than the last two albums anyway. Some of the choruses are also amazing. I kinda feel that the harsh vocals in this album are kinda week, i like the clean though.

Stabbing the Drama and Sworn to a Great Divide are both better than this dogshit album. Major disappointment. Go back to the more mainstream sounding, very catchy sound or I won't even bother listening!!

Not really to be honest. It has some elements that coincide with mdm, but I wouldn't call this record melodic death metal anymore, because, well, the death part is kinda missing here.

I really thought this was going to be bad. I put the first song on, and thought "yep, I think they hit rock bottom". Then the rest of the album happened and its a 4. I didn't think they had it in them. I thought their last album was the standard for boring melodic death metal.
