"Listened" to this , but I don't get the hate it receive.. They are just an "over the top" technical death metal bands(not saying they're good (they're bad))..Some people will like them because of that, but the lack of direction and randomness and almost no variation on drums really kills the album itself...Still , I wouldn't call this album awful because I like Origin, so ...

I didn't even know that they had a new album out. I'll have to check it out. I really enjoyed their debut, even though all of the songs on it sounded pretty similar. Still, good stuff. At least this band is true to death metal. Unlike those damn bands like Suicide Silence.

Stay far away.

It's truly a sad thing that this band couldn't use their technical abilities to create something more coherent and enjoyable.

Review is on point. The guys can have no skill, no doubt about that, but the music is so bland...and boring with no real structure... It's like just playing fast, just for the sake of it. There is alot better tech. brutal death out there. Big disappointment.

THis album is so bad, full of pointless sweeps at random times. It just makes no sense. Theres no flow in the music, and there should be. I doubt they play the same things live, they just name the song and jam whatever that comes to their heads, because that Brain Drill for you. The musicians are awesome at their instruments, their skillfull and very technical. But their Song writing skill are just so crap.

wtf is a pointless sweep p.sure that doesnt mean anything. i hate to bring up the free jazz thing again, but everyone is still just ripping on this band for things that genres like that are praised for. that's what makes no sense
