Ha so much Oceansize gossip. But that kinda blows, man. I do wish they were able to get bigger,

because they have wayyy more talent than most of these fucks playing music now.

Admittedly, I've been playing Frames less than usual, in the recent weeks. And they weren't in

my last list either :/

Site needs more 'Size love indeed. Cool people itt. I haven't been able to stomach much of their music since the breakup. It hurts! I've been blasting Vessels to try to heal the wound.

Yeah, Vessels are the shit. Helioscope still really rocks, even though I've been playing the fuck out of it for a good while.

And then playing Vessels always leads to me listening to the discogs for Maybeshewill and 65dos.

I've fived it with no regrets. I've listened to it a ridiculous amount of times since it came in the mail lol. Couldn't really get into 65's last two releases. Though I definitely liked Exploding more than Destruction. Their first two are still among the best "post-rock" albums I've ever heard.

Those two will always be timeless imo. So unique and well done.

But yeah WWEA is def better than TDOSI. I think I just listened to WWEA way more than any other album during the summer, because it was my go to driving album, and it just has a personal appeal to me now.

"Tiger Girl" still gets me every time, man.

One Time is my favorite. It's just one of the most solid albums ever. Might listen to Exploding tonight, but probably will end up listening to Ozric Tentacles lol.

It was the version on the Frames DVD. I REALLY wish I had Feed to Feed, but I just don't have the money to buy a DVD set that expensive.

Keep with it! This album is definitely hard to get into if you aren't already used to how Oceansize works, but once it clicks it is fucking amazing.

Yeah, man. Try Effloresce first. It has more of a range of Oceansize's sound in one album. You

should be able to find something you like. The three distinct parts will be fairly simple to notice

after a listen or two.
