i actually didnt think this album would hit it off as well as it has to be honest, as its considerably cheesy, so this sudden fluctuation in popularity (mainly thanks to the feature) was much better than i expected

whoever put it as post rock has either never heard a post rock record or is just being ridiculous. I made the change. Look at the bands it's being compared to in this thread: It's fun. and (someone erroneously said) animal collective. It's not even math rock, all the songs are in simple time signatures. Much closer to indie/indie pop with it's soaring choruses and fun vibe than anything in post rock.
