Da Drought has some cool moments but anything made by eminem, biggie, nas, scarface, 2pac, public enemy, nwa and more destroys that shit. Beside a big part of lol gayne discography is horrendous and this album is a pile of waste that doesn't even deserve a place in a nuclear wasteland.

this album is a fucking abortion but just becuase he has terrible judgment of his ability/career does not mean he has not released great music. From 2006-2008 he was the shit

Tha carter 1 and 2 were acceptable ( not my cup of tea but not something at the level of soulja boy and daddy yankee) but since tha carter 3 you can see a big downfall. Please don't act like a fanboy son.

O believe me i'm not a fanboy, after tha carter III he fell off, he can't even rap anymore. He also is a complete fucking moron. i just really hate not seeing credit where I believe credit is due.

I understand your point and that's good. I'm glad that you're not a fanboy and that you have your own criteria, sometimes I act like a dick and that's not the best. My main problem with this rappers besides his music is the fact that I've seen a lot of cunts that were lil wayne's fanboys, they constantly insulted 2pac, Public Enemy, Dj Shadow and Madvillain, they're worse than a grateful dead fan combined with a maggot.

well anyone who thinks lil wayne is better than mf doom, chuck d, and 2pac is a fucking idiot. I believe he, at one point, had special musical talent as a lyricist and rapper. I feel like people blindly hate him when they don't know the full story-namely that he IS actually a talented musician.

i kind of appreciate them for not just boringly ripping into it like everyone else -- the tone was
like "yeah this is terrible but maybe there's somethign interesting about how weird/bad it is" iirc

i mean none of you, including me, have listened to this album, let's be real

also this post is interesting although he sometimes makes leaps in posts like these where i'm sorta like "yeah but this [rebirth] can still suck"

i used to love "knockout" for some reason; i still think it's a pretty good song. then again i am all
too forgiving with any project that seems at least to be earnest

ftm does not suck!

honestly knockout is probably one of the better tracks on here. one of the few times i enjoyed nicki minaj's vocals

Nicki Minaj's performance in 'Monster' is her only good performance I think this has been proven scientifically
