The musicianship is better in the earlier albums, but I think this is one of those few albums to get the whole being half-serious/half-irreverent thing correct.

this is still an aweosme album from a favourite band, but i think where me and you (adam knott) differ is that im more in it for the indie pop, whereas, like you say in your review, this is all rock and stuff. although it's still great i didnt love any of it in time for their live show
