It's a good album hence the rating, just the initial "this is SO musch better than their last record" buzz quickly wore off for me

Yeah, I can see that being the effect. That was definitely the first thought that went through my head as soon as Beautiful and Strange kicked in. Oh, and I'm really liking that Emery you rec'd me too (for some reason, if a band really kicks live it makes it easier to appreciate their music the next time around).

This song Closer is just ok, but I the first three were pretty great (Scream With Me was just ok though).
