Actually I'm changing my mind L&S > PW but it's still below Southern Air, WYTTSY, Lift a Sail, and OA. OA is the classic youthful YC, and their 3 latest albums trump anything they did in their past with the exception of that.

No, guys, Southern air is their best lp. It has their sound perfected, is insanely catchy, it isnt overlong, and has some of the most mature songwriting and lyricism they've ever done. It beats out ocean avenue, which for me is mostly nostalgia
