I think it sunk in so quickly because I listened to it almost non-stop for a couple straight days. I also listened to it while falling asleep (always a good way for an album to sink in -- it's like the next time you listen to it your more familiar with the material than you expected to be). I have no idea how I was able to fall asleep while this was playing in my headphones though...

Oh I absolutely woke up while it was still playing and it scared the shit out of me. I was listening to it on my iPod so it was just repeating continuously. I suppose there's no way of knowing how many times I've actually heard this album all the way through...
