I'll happily be a "punk bitch" if it means that I won't have to hear this shitty album again.

compared to the rest of their stuff, this album blows. It's not awful by any measure though, just a bit dull

precisely. the two final tracks are definitely my favourites, whereas with Crisis and Watch Out, pretty much every song on the album I would call my favourites. doesn't really work that way but you catch my drift

Woke up a couple hours ago after having a dream that I was learning to be a professional stage singer by practicing live on a roof walking around people at tables eating and at one end of the roof Shane McMahan from WWE was my recording engineer/teacher giving me singing tips through my head phones as he listened to me sing through THIS album. I had to stop a couple times and look up the lyrics though because I couldn't remember the lyrics from Emerald Street. That was tough to search for the lyrics on my phone considering it was a dream. Couldn't get my hands and the phone to work really good, but Shane was patient and a good teacher.
so...yeah...this is what happens when you STOP doing drugs lol

"you are doing more of a death growl when it should be more high pitched" -the most descriptive advice from the dream I can remember. I remember more that he gave a positive reinforcement about my performance no matter how bad I fucked up though.

did Shane then do an elbow drop from the roof onto an announce table with Undertaker on it? Or Big Show?
in all seriousness though, sounds like a crazy/weird but pretty cool dream

You meant like an elbow drop from the top of the titan tron onto big show
and yeah my dreams have been like this every night

haha yeah, first I thought about his jump from the cell with taker then remembered he jumped from the titan tron onto big show way before that

it was much better than what he did at WrestleMania but I never watched that show so only saw the actual jump and was not impressed considering his past.

Hahaha just saw you name dropping me from that list a week ago in here. Didn't know you bumped this thread. But yeah a 4.5 is hella high for this even if it is pretty strong relative to the genre if not to Alexis' own illustrious body of work.

this is a good album. yeah it's the only real step back they took in their career and the songs are kinda one note but they're all catchy and good. Dallas sounds gr8. just a solid album

This being a political album I love it more just because of that, but in areas of musicianship and vocals they improved all around too. They improved almost always with each succeeding album and most of them loved this era of their career and didn't give a fuck if people were upset.
