I will agree, this album is epic, but one thing I've never understood is how this album can garner such a good rating (which it is deserving), yet Oceana's The Tide has such mehh ratings, when its also another great album. Structurally and instrumentally they are very similar.

Excuse me, Polyenso's The Tide. They used to be Oceana. That's confusing

Yuck. Birth.Eater to present has sucked. The Tide was where its at to me. It's a lot like this album. It focuses on the instrumentals. It's so beautiful, I wanna cry.

"Boneworks," "In Birth," and "The Family Disease are the only good ones. The latter two because they're mainly clean vocals

and the first because it contains a section that has guitar like the tide. The rest is grungy guitar and boring monotonous

vocals. "We Are the Messengers" from The Tide is the best song they've ever done. Can't beat it.

They posted this on facebook about a month ago:

"Hello everyone, I know some of you have noticed it is a new year and we promised the EP's release late December. Although I know you hear a lot of apologies from us and we hate doing this but you'll have to hear us out on another one. The holidays being as they are in a busy busy time for everyone, we will have to push the album date even further. Albeit, we will be releasing another single very soon! Our single entitled "All Along the Grayscale" we did with our buddy Kenny Muto! We hope you can understand and know that we are sincerely and deeply apologetic for the wait. We hope that you continue to support and offer your love. We wish you much love in the genesis of this new year!"

It is pretty good. I didn't really think much of it at first, but it grew on me quite a bit.
