I dunno. probably something about how with the somber piano and perfectly charming and bittersweet lyrics it all comes together like no other song of theirs. I can't really explain. I just find it perfect in every sense of the word

Man I love this album. Anyone else feel the love for The Sound of Settling? Title track is good too, but not my favorite DCFC song. That title may belong to either Bend to Squares or Steadier Footing.
