Nikkolae knows what's good.

Like Karnivool, just don't like them quite as much as BoT.

No Spare, I'm pretty sure you're wrong!

Thanks PuddlesPuddles. This and Anberlin's 'New Surrender' were basically my Albums of 2008.

"Haha, I am sure he is right!" "he" = DaveyBoy

Dougie, do you mean the YKBlue album itself is giving you a headache OR writing the review is?

"He" may be Spare, but "he" is Davey.

I look forward to the YKB review as I have been umming & ahhing on listening to it. It actually sounds like the trouble I had writing my review for The Temper Trap.

Ouch! That's not good. I hate it when I can't think of an introduction.

Maybe try starting with basic info of the band (ie: Quartet from Brisbane who have released an EP, blah, blah, blah)... Cutting to the chase so to speak. You'll tend to find that the songs & feel of the album will be easier to write about & then you may get a better idea as to what your intro should be about as you are writing.

Decided to go with when I saw them in a small gig. Flowing quite well (I THINK) now.. Thanks anyway Davey.

Yeah, that's not a bad idea at all. You can make it a little personal... As long as you can then somehow link it to the review seamlessly. Shouldn't be too difficult.
