thanks for that. yeah, the reason i was after the booklet or a transcript of it, is that user submitted lyrics would be pretty dodgy given the distorted vocals.

edit: someone mentioned on songmeanings.net that a pdf format of the booklet comes with the digital download from enemieslist... now i just have to wait a week for paypal funds to clear, not to mention the shite aus. dollar. This Message Edited On 12.11.08

i downloaded this ages ago, i should really get round to giving it a proper listen...

that second paragraph came off as really elitist, to me anyway. so few people i know will even give more obscure bands a chance, that if one of them DOES take a liking to a not-very-well-known band that i've praised, i'm happy about it. i don't see the point in keeping a band "my little secret" or whatever - the more people who can hear them, the better. why should the knowledge of who else is listening to it spoil the music itself for you? if someone is merely claiming to be a fan in order to get some kind of cred for it, that should alter your opinion of THEM, not of the music they're falsely claiming to be a fan of.

I happen to like this album and Fortress a good deal. Ooops. Despite the rather pretentious introduction, stellar review. I never

think it's a disservice to introduce people to new music. There will always be people out there such as myself that appreciate new

and challenging music. This Message Edited On 12.17.08

intro of "A Quick One Before the Eternal Worm Devours Connecticutt" sounds like a slowed down version of a song in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

First time I did not care for this much. But I'm just finishing it up for the second time and wow. This is absolutely gorgeous. Although I agree that the middle keeps it from being classic.
