I was so disappointed when I streamed this off their myspace. But it's grown on me, and now I like it a lot. Still their worst album.

I disagree and thinks its their second best behing SSTB. It is imo their most consistent release since that and I think it's far better then their last two.

Really? Lyric fight?

I never really gave this band a chance but I liked the song I played off my buddies rock band gameI think, not guitar hero. What was that song, I might have to check this band out.

Or 'the suffering'.
Possibly even ten speed.

I really loved this album...altough as everyone said, it could be better.
The only bad moment that i felt in the whole experience was "Radio Bye Bye" besides that....the album is awesome...their best so far...great guitar work, vocal work and Taylor did a great job with the drums.
Loved the album!

i love this album aswell. i originally gave it a 5 , but i now fell that the three songs around midlle to end gunslingers, justice and radio... are not as good as they could have been , although they are still great

I don't think there's any BAD songs on this album. nothing PERFECT. a few standouts
the best part of this album is that the lyrics can be related to your life even if you don't know the story. take feathers for example.
If that song doesn't make you miss your ex... then you don't have one. at least not one that ever mattered.
then there's mother superior. I don't like it much, but you can listen to it when you're feeling down and out
But I think the album is very cohesive as a whole. The reaping is actually VERY annoying. I HATE all of co&ca's 1st songs on all of their albums. I ALWAYS skip them.

I really like Mother Superior, despite the "little baby"
Someone tell me if I'm crazy, but the instrumentals "In the Brink" around 3:20 sound a little too close to the intro to Floyd's "In the Flesh"
Then I'll stretch this and say that the "Heils" as they were called are an emphasized rendition to the "runs" of "Run Like Hell"
I don't think its a conspiracy or anything, but Coheed has been known reuse their own stuff in later recorded songs to tie things together. "Blood Red Summer" and "Everything Evil" in "WWIII." Also, I'm convinced "the Suffering" is a follow up to "Three Evils." As the instruments and melody are far to similar at the ends.
I wouldn't be surprised that's all I'm saying... but I hope I'm just way off base.

Mother Superior is good.
Anyway, this technically is the last along with FFTTEOM since they are combined to create a chapter, but that only makes 3 chapters, so they are doing one more album in the story probably next year.

Or no, I mean CO&CA was originally meant to be a side project when they were called Shabutie whatever

I was expecting to be disappointed with this, given the massive amounts of meh reactions from fans. I actually really liked it, but not as much as IKSSE: 3 or GAIBS 4. This and SSTB are tied for least favorite Coheed album.

Mediocreatbest, your sputnik trail consisting of you not actually listening to albums and basing opinions off other people is beginning to pile up. Strike #2. What happens when strike #3 occurs, you don't wanna know
