james couldn't sing like that nowadays if his life depended on it. when he tries to sing any song off this album live he sounds crap. his voice has changed too much and its too deep. but hey he's still the man

You know I've never really thought about what my favourite song would be. I guess I love Motorbreath and Hit the Lights. Plus, I like Phantom Lord 'cos it's so effing tough.

Kill Em' All is definately not Metallica's best work. I think the reason i love it is because it's so different than all their other work. Purely party music, with its thrashy riffs.

Hit The Lights is still utter pwnage, even today. It was great to see they still play it live too, plus Whiplash. Although my favourite is probably Jump In The Fire.

My reasoning??well, i dont like James singing, i dont like the danceable riff, i dont like the solo, the riffs are way fuckin boring, that song is CRAP live, and overall its disgusting

actually, on kill 'em all, guitarist lloyd grant did the solos, and dave mustaine co-wrote about half the songs, and that is dave playing on the ones he wrote. kirk didn't join until after the album was out, and they fired dave while on tour. and during that tour, it was cliff burton playing the leads on his bass for the concerts. go to wikipedia for the full story, pretty interesting....and if you listen close, most of the solos are very blues based. This Message Edited On 05.06.06

that may be the reason why those solos are so sloppy and all of them sound the same

lord of the strings ur sorces are wrong or your an idiot mustaine was fired right when they arrived in New York and hammet was hired right before they recorded KEA and that is Kirk Hammet on lead guitar on Kill 'em All, lloyed grant only did the solos on the metal massacure demo
