Tony Orlando, Tears, Night Falls, Cherry Chapstick, Our Way to Fall, and You Can Have It All are the big boys here

Even the first couple of albums are not bad.

yeah those are good picks for sure. the only real blemish on this album is that once my ex and I went to a really awkward show where (I believe) they started with "everyday" and then went into "saturday"??? like what kinda vibes

Everyday and Saturday are two of the best here, but lol if you're opening a show with those you've gotta have a lot of Deep Mood tracks to back em up

todd barry got heckled mercilessly beforehand (it was one of their Eight Days of Hannukah shows). i'll be real, we left. the awesome central park show we had seen months earlier where ira brought his mom out to sing "my little corner of the world" was more than enough

I think I mentioned this but I've sat behind ira and georgia at two movies as well, pretty cool. first time I saw them it was a half acoustic half electric set around when Fade came out and that was nice too. but yeah that third time yeesh the whole place was antsy

Can I just say it’s super weird how underrated Electr-o-pura is on here? Like it has under 100 ratings and no review and the average is only a 3.7, yet for me it’s not significantly weaker than the surrounding albums and I probably enjoy it more than this one as a whole.

Sput has a few albums like that - I guess if you're discovering YLT now adays there's so much to get through.

At the very least people not hearing Electr-o are missing out on “Pablo and Andrea”, my favorite song by them.
