It's easy to see why tbh - their songwriting developed into something monstrous by the time they got to Frames, and this is a top-tier jam album
I was actually listening to Rinsed on repeat last night; love that interlude to pieces

I always imagine you having that facial expression of Hermione when you are listening to them now haha

Album Rating: 4.5
Haha that expression is a fairly accurate indication of my face during the first half or so off Massive Bereavement tbh

Mike Vennart taking some advice from Steven Wilson regarding his new record, which is out on 12.09.2018: https://www.loudersound.com/news/steven-wilsons-advice-fires-on-former-oceansize-man
What's next? A collabo single? My humble suggestion would be "Ravens Who Love Men Who Love Trains"

This album is sounding better than ever right now, it's amazing when something so lengthy, sprawling & ambitious manages to be instinctively enjoyable at the same time & not just in the cerebral 'appreciative' sense.

Oh you could be an amputee...there’s gotta be something better than this

Amputee's start is an incredible emotional outburst...the guitars convey exactly what the lyrics are all about. Too damn relatable too haha

This band is so hard to introduce to friends. I had a much easier time showing other people stuff like Tool
|
| |
yeah but tool sucks and this is good
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
Well Tool is awesome, but i'm Size's biggest fan on this site certainly and only Lateralus can compete with either Effloresce or Frames, but the other two records blow anything else by Tool out of the water easily for me

I’ve downloaded Frames & will finally listen to it. Owned this & Everyone into Position for many years but never got around to checking it out. Overdue.
