they are sweet, they remind me of a more melancholic and less angry Husker Du with a lot more post-punk influence. apparently they influenced a lot of emo and sorta bridged the gap between Rites/Embrace and more indie rock influenced stuff like Sunny Day Real Estate.

I prefer Rites of Spring over Minor Threat but I've always liked Ian a lot more than Guy on this, even though sometimes he really was the best (a lot of the songs in The Argument specially)

Ian rocks a lot but he sounds pretty similar on every song to me, guy is a lot more versatile I think, I just find his vocals a lot more exciting. And as tom once eloquently said "guys voice oozes cool into your earholes"
