SOAD is an amazing band lawl, their early work is super interesting compositionally; unique, catchy and heavy music…hating on this album in particular is so funny to me it’s aged so incredibly well and stands tall amongst its peers. Different strokes for different folks i guess

Yeah I mean I usually just round anything above a 4.7 up to a 5. If I don’t do that I end up with basically no 5’s lol
But yeah this was definitely a lightning in a bottle type era for these guys. The staying power that this and a few of their other releases have is pretty wild
