lol I think he meant the Bengals, but it seems like Mike Brown's kids have gotten far more control over the past several years. They've been making an uncharacteristic amount of moves in the off-season lately and are more willing to spend, both of which are not typically trademarks of Brown.
As for us, we're under a new GM and we'll likely have $90mil+ in cap to spend next season. I don't think we're going to be lowballing folks.
