Theyre playing during one of my best friends wedding and I'm apart of the wedding party so no
If they get divorced, I'm gonna call him every night to remind him that I missed Meshuggah for his wedding
|

@darkside the show could be a good afterparty

Immutable is pretty underwhelming compared to pretty eleverything else they've made. Sounds like meshuggah b sides which is still good but not to the best album to go out on if they are retiring soon

I thought Immutable, despite being slightly less impressive than previous releases, was a pretty good album.
|
| |
It’s a bit of a return to form for them whereas koloss and tsvor were pretty gnarly and envelope-pushing for the band. I think calling it underwhelming is a misnomer, but an understandable feeling to have. Certainly not b-sides material though. Album is awesome

Honestly, I vastly prefer Immutable to VSOR. The latter is the most complacent and same-y record Meshuggah have ever released imo, whereas Immutable brings back a more three-dimensional and diverse take on the band's sound
