nice mindrot dig btw. but ya CoL are definitely one of the harder post metal acts to get into. but now they're easily one of my favorite bands of all time. first two LPs are brutally heavy and abrasive hardcore-tinged post metal. from salvation onwards, they retained their heaviness but incorporated more melodic and post-rocky passages
