I am pretty surprised they went for Hurts-level money, but I don't think they had any better option on the table. And really, part of the blame falls on them for not getting receiving talent to begin with.

Well I think he still has the ACLs, the issue is that they clearly have not been healing properly. The more times they're torn, the higher the likelihood further tears happen.



Best-case scenario is that the Ravens load manage and only deploy him for a playoff push. I don't think he's got a full season in him.
