but boy oh boy nearly banged my head off during their show. there are so many intense moments during CoL's songs and ppl are turning into pillars of sand like nothing. how in the absolute fuk could u possibly just stand there like nothing during LotH climax?! nearly passed out, meanwhile ppl were like "yeah, imma watch this now with my arms folded" f0k right off ya fruitcake. duno i just have to move i guess. btw u can go absolutely crazy and still manage to not touch anybody around you. frikkin hate those folks. to all the people out there capable of this exquisite GOAT technique: i salute ya!

yea post metal crowd can be pretty stiff. I was at a Rosetta and The Ocean show last year. The Ocean was playing fucking Orosirian and I got so pumped that by the time the build up to the climax came, I got up on the stage to stagedive just when THE riff hits. I got up, turned around, saw just a bunch of people standing like trees and actually moving away from the stage lol. I mean I jumped anyways, but yea that was pretty lame

but im used to it, crowds in germany are godawful. the only thing worse are ppl FILMING during the best moments of a song, it grinds my gears to the absolute max. wste of space. I think the crowds in Germany have become way too spoiled by the insane blessing of having every single band on the entire planet coming to play in your country every damn year. I remember thinking the crowds on this years Wacken was mostly pretty lame too, with some exceptions. They're probably getting bored by being so lucky.



And yeah seriously, I get it if you want to take a few pictures to remember the show. But don't fucking film 90% of the show if you're not making pro-shots material you moron.

Yesterday show in Prague was a massive headbanging contest. Holy shit. This might be the best CoL performance I've seen. Every song in the setlist had this moment where I just disintegrated to pieces from how awesome it was. Best band alive.

Agree about the German crowds. Especially during small concerts of non mainstream bands people just seem to stand around like they are bored af. Compare that to the energy of South American or East European crowds...
