I don't know who is speaking French. May be Aspa. He actually owns a small record shop in Finland called 'Sarvilevyt' and he posts these long winded article like posts on Tumblr, too, but I have no idea what he's talking about on there since I don't speak Finnish and for some reason translators suck for that language. From what I gather he promotes a lot of bands on there and writes about them, old and new bands, active and non active bands. And seems to be into politics a bit.
