TSOP is prog as fuck. It isn't so much death metal as it is just prog metal with screech vocals. From the very first riff from the very first track you'll know what I mean.

Human is just more badass. Some of the tracks on this sound like filler...really, really good filler, yah, but still filler. Nothing Is Everything, Destiny, and In Human Form are the filler tracks. Human has none of that.

its not worse, its just that the songwriting is not as consistent/perfect as on human, even if its an awesome album on its own
