The singles despite of been overplayed are sweet as hell, and tracks like my michelle, nightrain, rocket queen and mr brownstone are intense and well constructed

It's easy to take for granted what Slash does because of his popularity and appeal among casual listeners. But put that aside and he has some pretty brilliant moments. That Sweet Child solo is one and Estranged is another.
