I think there were valid character concerns and motor concerns about Carter that caused him to slide a bit. Obviously if it works, it works, but I don't mind the Raiders pick.
Also, the optics of picking a player involved in a deadly car crash not far removed from the Ruggs situation may have played a factor. Wilson was a top pick in his own right too.

Eagles walking away with Carter/Smith is pretty fucking wild. If it works out, they are going to be fucking insane on the DLine.
Happy Gonzalez fell to the Pats, really good pickup to help bolster a young emerging secondary.
Jags pick however…. Idk. OLine is smart but there were other options. Was hoping they might go after a TE (Meyer) with that late first.

Feels like a bit of a reach for the Jags, but maybe they saw something in him that other teams didn't.

Watch out for that Titans qb room of Dobbs, Willis, and Levis😤😤😤😤😤😤

Yeah we suck, welcome to the Titans franchise.
Ugh...
OK I've been negative enough elsewhere. Uh, go Levis, I guess. Woo.
We suck.

OLine is OLine, at least its a position of need, better pick than Travon Walker at face value lmao

True lmao hopefully Walker develops

My assumption is we have realized the current roster is toast and the only solution to fix it is to ride this year out, tank, then go all-in next year with much more cap space to toy with. Probably going to trade away a handful of players while we're at it.
At least, I hope that's the plan. Otherwise, this draft has been a disaster.

At least he’s easy to make fun of if he doesn’t do well as you have already demonstrated.
Also, very very excited about the TE we drafted. An absolute steal it would seem

Yeah the memes will come fast and furious if this era doesn't pan out lol, we'll have to cope somehow.
I will gladly eat my words if Will Levis, eater of unpeeled bananas, is somehow a star.

I have just been informed that Stetson Bennett has an alcohol problem.

I doubt Stetson will be a starter, but he'll probably be a strong enough back-up for Stafford, if Stafford still intends to play. I don't know college ball too too well outside of like the top prospects and the guys the Titans picked, although I think Desjuan Johnson is this year's Mr. Irrelevant for what it's worth.

Considering Stafford is a ghost of what he once was and will likely get injured, I’d put money on Bennet playing
It’s good that stafford has a vet to learn from tho!

Not a good long-term option, Stetson qualifies for retirement soon after 40 years playing in college.

lmao listen, I would trade 10+ years for a sweet, sweet ring. We won't have a realistic shot until 2024 or maybe even later, and given our history, I'm sure we will find a spectacular way to blow it.

OK, now that the dust has settled: how well did your team do? Gimme the details.
I'd give our draft a B, maybe a B+. If Levis turns out to be a star and we have a franchise guy, it's a generational draft.
Am I on copium? Yes. Always.
