Everything else sounds fine, but the guitar tone sounds cheap and brittle

production in general is aggressively mediocre so far. guitar tone is terrible and the pan + reverb treatment is the most boring shade of conservative I've heard in a while

glad you guys agree bloc and johnny, it drives me so unbelievably nuts how bad it brings down otherwise decent sections. pneuma coulda been so much fuller bit it sounds so weak and thin at times

Production, guitar tone, thin drum sound... Yes, this has problems but it's not the songwriting. I'm positive tracks like 7empest and Invincible would sound so much better if they sounded like Jambi.

Still think this is mildly better than Undertow.
