I was really high on acts when it came out but in retrospect I think this album is definitely better. If I ranked immolation today acts would probably be in the lower half of their discog, which is absolutely insane to think about

25 years into their illustrious career, Death Metal gods Immolation have released masterpiece number three. Majesty and Decay is like going a full 12 rounds with Mike Tyson, except that he drops your ass with a shot to the temple in the beginning of the first round and just keeps on wailing on you for another 36 minutes until you're fit snug in a body bag.
