who cares, the people who wanted spend that much for a potentially limited vinyl release did so. i'm sure they'll be another round of pressings/more options as we get closer to the release date. even if there isn't... big whoop. they have an insanely dedicated and fanatic fanbase so anything they release is gonna sell out and then be marked up online later.

If the fanbase saves its pocket money, does a few chores and stops being such a brat to mum and dad they might be able to afford the vinyl.

oh I can afford it, just not gonna shell out $45 for an album I havent even heard yet

but I agree suppa, but some really popular bands find a way to make their vinyl affordable for all which is always nice to see.

The hutzah, and idolatry of this album on this site is what I can't stand. That fucking bill hicks quote used as a soundoff really gets me goat as well. It's been four years and everytime I see it I shout and rant.

A long time ago zak used to actually like some of the songs on here believe it or not.

No way the new album will measure up to their last three I'm predicting, but it'll be solid post-punk revival most likely.

@TalonsOfFire Are they really doing post-punk revival? Oh god...

reasons to believe it will be bad: i am a nightmare is god awful, high expectations won't be met

reasons to believe it will be good: mene was dope (but I definitely don't speak for everyone), they clearly seemed to have taken their time with it.

so idk. as much as we obviously need a single, I think it would be cool for them to not have one so we can listen to the album as a whole without any prior taste of what may be to come.

The only way I can see the new album turning out to be okay is if they scrap the sound of the singles and surprise us with something entirely different. I'm anticipating the track list.

I actually like "I Am A Nightmare", don't want a whole album of it, but its aigh't. I do like "Mene" a lot more though

those singles seemed like one-offs

I Am A Nightmare particularly was not good, and the fans let them know it, so hopefully they scrapped it
