Keep sweets okay so far. Production is weird though, feels very muddy and too bass heavy. Harshes needed to be higher in the mix, cleans feel oddly placed as well and a bit too layered in effects. Its miles better than one of the singles they released that was sterile

I don't get the hype for this Maphra lady. Very blatant autotune/pitch correction type stuff kicking in often. Also does some very weird placement of emphasis on certain words that don't flow with the songs she covers.

went down the MAPHRA rabbit hole with my best headphones. i think she's both highly talented and heavily processing her vocals making them sound almost too clean. would love to hear a live one take of that Circle With Me cover to separate the two
