Scurrilous gets a lot of hate which I don't understand. Was listening to Moonlight the other day and it made me miss the busy nature of their older stuff.

I've grown with the album so I don't really notice it, but if I had to comment I would say the kick drum especially is a bit clicky

Palimpsest is my intro to this band, so to listen to this now is a bit odd. Personally I prefer the Palimpsest sound to this, a bit more anthemic, definitely more melodic.
