It's not disjointed but the death metal parts of this album are pretty boring as there are a lack of interesting riffs for me. I prefer prog elements more. Album is alright.

I think this has the perfect mash between complex and simple, spacey and down to earth. Some riffs are pretty mechy whereas others are simple but catchy and effective. I guess we all hear it different, but I think they blend it delightfully on this one.

yeah agree the dm parts aren't as good as their earlier stuff but still some killer riffz here. think the disjointed criticism is way overblown tbh only a few places i feel the transitions are a little rough
