apart from very early childhood influences that formed my musical interests to begin with (I was listening to Metallica at 6 years old; baby metal confirmed), I really think Opeth are the most important and influential band on my life. I burn out on things pretty easily so I can never listen to most of these records with the same love and sense of awe but I do hope I never completely go off of them.
