And as the city slowly stirred they died

Is it just me or does his voice at times sound like Jared Leto with a scottish accent?

yeah, that'd be just you. He's just very Scottish and that's quite a way away from Mr Leto's voice

Haven't listened to it in like 3 years, maybe I should dig it out and spin it again.

i like the atmosphere of it a lot. It speaks a lot more to me than Hospice or Burst Apart.

Burst apart is by far their weakest record, even though I love the band as a whole it's hard for them to compete with something as emotionally breaking as hospice. Attic had some great tunes on it though, used to love the 2nd song on it more than anything even though it's like 1:30 min long

You like Burst Apart less than Uprooted?

i dont think anyone considers Uprooted an Antlers album.

I'd like Hospice a lot more if it didnt feel like it was trying too hard to punch you in the gut. Cuz a song like Bear is just massive overkill for an already sad album, imo. Id rank them like

In The Attic > Undersea > Burst Apart = Hospice >>>>>> Familiars
