Listening to Ozzy Sabbath (or Ozzy solo) will never be the same after his passing.
But yeah, I think Vol. 4 through Sabotage will always be my fave section of Sabbath's discog. The previous records were about shaping that initial metal sound, the next 3 were about rewriting the entire physics of it (not that they were alone in doing so).
