kid a, kid a, kid a!

ir is fairly mediocre in relation to the rest of their discog imo (mostly cause amnesiac, httt, kol are ridiculously undersold but yea). then again i only found solace in kid a cause i was depressed as fuck when i got into it and i found an incredible amount of solace in listening to it. definitely don't recommend being that depressed but wow that thing still brings chills to my bones like none other when i hear it

I'm starting to like In Rainbows more than this, but if I were to play this front to back...I'd probably promptly stfu.

It's always a toss up between Kid A and Ok Computer as the best Radiohead album.

Speaking of Ok Computer, does anyone remember that 01 10 playlist that they had?

objectively i know this is definitely a 5/5 album, but personally i just can never get that into radiohead no matter how hard i try. i don't dislike them or this album by any means, but i'd be lying if i were to say i think it belongs to be alongside the greatest albums ever. kind of a shame i guess, seeing as i'm in the very miniscule minority. oh well too bad whatev, moving on

i don't really like radiohead at the moment either and they are my favorite band. they're one of those bands that when the wheels are turning, they're turning full swing. otherwise, meh.

Originally I had a comment wondering why this was so popular, but I didn't want it to seem like I didn't "get" the concept behind it. Yes, it's important, but as music, what is so wonderful about OK Computer?

Do you get a rush from listening? Do you think about the concepts being discussed in the lyrics? Did you have an epiphany when you first heard it? Do you think back to a specific time in your life, do you associate it with certain events?
