I'm not a false thrasher and I like some of Sylosis' songs, they are not "pure thrash" for sure but their guitar work is impressive

They're false cos they don't have long hair and internet "journalists" say they're mtalcore, which is pretty fucking funny. They say everything's metalcore nowadays..



Seriously tho, has anyone heard Battered? A one-album stand from Norway, pure in your face thrash. Pretty good too.

"Oblivion Awaits" pwns, so does "Not One". Interesting riffs. I also like how the vocalist sounds like a pissed teenager mobster (in a good way) instead of a beer-bellied daddy.



"Derelict" is a fun slower one too. BTW I did a review of their album, it's among my reviews
