The verses of Open Car are like my least favorite part of the album, but I love the pre-chorus.

Mellotron Scratch needs more love.

I find it hard to hate any PT songs post-Lightbulb purely because of Gavin.

What a beast.

Idk Open Car rules and I quite like Halo as well, even though it's not super amazing

Best songs here are Mellotron Scratch, Start of Something Beautiful, and the non-metal parts of Arriving Somewhere But Not Here

"Wasn't that Chris Maitland drumming on Lightbulb Sun, though?"

I mean the Deadwing version of Shesmovedon! Was released as a bonus track on the American version of the album I believe.

Also agreed so hard ^^^. Vocal harmony on Mellotron Scratch is so good.

That's very cool. When/where did you get it signed?

They were selling a limited amount on their merch stall at a gig in England. It was on the FoaBP tour so around the end of 2007. Cost me £15 and it is also the special edition version so a steal really. Unfortunately didn't meet any of them but John Wesley left the stage during a song while the others did a song and stood next to us for a bit so there's that

A lot of trash on this album. UNEXPECTED NEWS, WEARING HIGH HEELED SHOES. But also some absolute gems.
