the album is actually pretty damn good, anti-vist sounds so out of place on it though. it sounds like it's like a b-side from suicide season that they had left over and rerecorded it so that the bros would have something to bro down to.

According to a track-by-track from the band on Metal Hammer, Oli came up with the lyrics first and joked to Jordan about it being a massive nu-metal fist pumper. Seems they didn't actually treat that one as seriously as the rest of the album. I still like it though.
