I do think this is my second fave Neurosis now. It was a toss up between this, Enemy of the Sun, and A Sun that Never Sets. But damn it says a shitload about a band if you aren't sure that an album this fucking good is your second favorite.

this is def my favorite Neurosis. used to be TSIB for a while, but one day after not listening to this for a while, i put this shit on and it compelled me for every fucking moment. i get chills in all the same spots every damn time. like srsly this is some of the most alive and aesthetically complete music i've ever heard
