even to the untrained ear, this album is bound to have atleast 1 enjoyable riff. At the absolute worst, the lowest anyone can give this is a 3.

You're missing the point. People should have the choice of rating it a 1 if they so desire. Music is about opinions, and this is like Sputnik saying "NO U" to people that don't want join in on the Sputnik Converge circle jerk. And i really like this album btw.

Well if you agree with the freedom of opinion, then you should agree that a block on 1 ratings is ridiculous. There's no defense for it as far as i'm concerned. There ARE people out there who will listen to this and think it sounds like complete garbage. And troll ratings happen with lots of different bands here, there's no need to single out a couple of bands for protection from them.
